By enrolling in any course or using the services provided by Alif Institute, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

• Our courses are open to all individuals regardless of age, gender, or location.
  
• Students under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  
  

2. Registration & Trial Classes

• Students must complete the registration form to enroll in any course.
  
• One free trial class is provided per student.
  
• Scheduling of trial classes is subject to availability.
  

3. Class Scheduling & Attendance

• Classes are scheduled based on mutually agreed timings.
  
• Students are expected to attend classes punctually.
  
• Any rescheduling must be communicated at least 6 hours in advance.
  
• Frequent unnotified absences may lead to temporary suspension.
  

4. Payments & Refunds

• Fees are to be paid monthly in advance.
  
• Accepted payment methods include [Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash / PayPal / Stripe].
  
• No refunds are offered once the monthly classes have commenced.
  
• Missed classes without valid notice are not refundable or adjustable.
  

5. Privacy Policy

• Student information, including contact details and class recordings, are kept confidential.
  
• We do not share your personal data with third parties without consent.
  
• Some sessions may be recorded for quality assurance or teacher training.
  

6. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected from both students and teachers.
  
• Any form of abusive language, disrespect, or misconduct may result in termination of services.
  
• Students must dress modestly and appropriately during live sessions.
  

7. Certificate & Assessment

• Students may receive digital certificates upon successful course completion.
  
• Quizzes, assignments, and assessments are conducted regularly to track progress.
  
• A minimum attendance and performance standard is required for certification.
  

8. Technical Requirements

• Students must have a stable internet connection, microphone, and device (PC/tablet/smartphone).
  
• Alif Institute is not responsible for missed classes due to internet or device issues on the student’s side.
  

9. Changes to Terms

• Alif Institute reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time.
  
• Continued use of services after updates means you accept the new terms.
