At Alif Institute, we strive to provide the best possible Quranic education experience. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are offered for our services.

1. Free Trial Classes

We offer free trial classes to help you evaluate our teaching style, instructors, and system before enrolling in a paid course.

✅ Because of this, paid refunds are generally not applicable for dissatisfaction after trial completion.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Advance Fee Paid, No Classes Taken:
     If you pay in advance but haven’t taken any classes, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
  • Technical or Scheduling Issues (Our Fault):
     If we fail to provide the agreed number of classes or repeatedly cancel/reschedule without notice, a partial or full refund may be issued.
  • Teacher Not Assigned:
     If no teacher is assigned to you within 7 working days of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You missed or skipped scheduled classes without prior notice.
  • You request a refund after significant course completion (more than 50%).
  • Dissatisfaction after free trial or teacher change request has been accommodated.
  • Refund requests made after 15 days of payment.
  • Disruption due to your own device, internet, or time zone issues.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please email us at:

  • Student’s full name
  • Registered email or phone number
  • Payment date and method
  • Reason for refund request

All refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the transaction (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, credit card). Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

6. Changes to This Policy

Alif Institute reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated “Effective Date.”
